Young Leaders Mentoring Program Module 2

It was an amazing time last weekend, as more insights were shared with the change champions on important skills needed to become effective and dynamic leaders during the second Module of S.M.I.L.E’s Young Leaders Mentoring Program for secondary schools students. Special thanks to our partner SACO who took the session on Public Speaking and Presentation Skills, Mr Kayode Ayeni, the Head of Projects at S.M.I.L.E for the session on Leadership and our dear Mrs Olabisi Ibitayo, a member of our faculty for the sessions on Self Esteem and Confidence Building and Comportment and Etiquette.

It was a great delight to have some of our amazing partners and members of our One Year Leadership and Mentoring Program Alumni stop by to inspire and encourage the change champions.

S.M.I.L.E’s Young Leaders Mentoring Program – Module 1

As anticipated, it was a great start at the first module of the 2017 Batch of S.M.I.L.E’s Young Leaders Mentoring Program. We are so delighted and honored to have the privilege of mentoring and grooming these young minds with tremendous potentials to become leaders, change champions and social impactors. We believe at S.M.I.L.E that for an individual to effectively lead change, he/she needs to understand his/her unique abilities, strengths and weakness; understand the essence of living.

Special thanks to our partner – Agents for Change, USA for sponsoring this programme.
