The Problem

With the rising youth unemployment, underemployment and their dependence on white collar jobs, our youth business development program equips youth from low-income background with skills and entrepreneurship education and business start-up tools, promotes self-employment, creativity and problem solving as viable alternatives to help them break-out of the poverty cycle and become economically self-reliant.

The Model

With the rising youth unemployment, underemployment and their dependence on white collar jobs, our youth business development program equips youth from low-income background with skills and entrepreneurship education and business start-up tools, promotes self-employment, creativity and problem solving as viable alternatives to help them break-out of the poverty cycle and become economically self-reliant.

The Impact

We have been able to facilitate skill acquisition trainings, registered a few youth owned businesses, provided start-up tools and resources and initiated our Young Business Leaders Network to provide mentorship and continuous support aimed at helping underprivileged youth achieve economic self-dependence and ultimately earn enough income to support themselves, their families and end the cycle of poverty.
