Bimpe Bamgbose- Martins is a committed and passionate advocate for youth development and mentoring. Her quest to equip the youth particularly the underprivileged, with leadership skills, good values, knowledge and helpful insights to help them excel in all spheres led to the establishment of S.M.I.L.E in Nigeria in 2011 and in the United States of America in 2017.

Bimpe is an alumni of Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government, USA and a Civil Society Representative to the United Nations Department of Global Communications, New York.

An astute trainer, learning and development professional, she is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), United Kingdom, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the International Third World Leaders Association.

Bimpe has a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. She also sits on the Board of various Non Profit Organizations.
