The Need
We are not oblivious of the fact that young people can get overwhelmed with life’s choices and need the guidance of more experienced mentors to help them hone their skills, sharpen their vision and gain clarity.
What We Do
We organize periodic business, career and personal effectiveness webinars facilitated by executives from different niche both locally and internationally.
Also, through our intensive six months Executive Mentoring Program for Youth (EMPY), we connect young people with experienced mentors who will provide guidance needed for them to facilitate their growth and gain clarity in different facets of life.
The Impact
Through the program, we groom young people and equip them with the knowledge, values and skills that will enhance their growth and better position them to harness career and business opportunities.
Our Youth leverage on the guidance, experiences and the network of their mentors to make informed decisions and achieve their academics, career, business, and relationships goals.
We also encourage them to establish business collaborations with like minded Youth during and after the program.
