About Us
Over the years, S.M.I.L.E has impacted over 20,000 youth through her unique value-based peer mentoring model.
S.M.I.L.E was born out of a need to raise young leaders and role models, empower the youth to make informed decisions that will help them maximize their potential and to equip them to be problem solvers and agents of change in the society.
Over the years, S.M.I.L.E has impacted over 20,000 youth through her unique value based peer mentoring model, youth empowerment initiatives, trainings, programs and outreaches, for Students in Secondary and Tertiary Institutions as well as young Graduates and Professionals.
Our commitment to the development of the youth, is evident in our activities, programs and initiatives; which are aimed at addressing knowledge and skills gaps, pertinent issues and challenges faced by young people, as well as to provide a platform for continuous support and mentoring.
The sheer scope of our work requires us to continuously partner with individuals and organizations who share similar concerns and burden for the youth.
As we continue to build a network of dynamic young leaders and role models who can together usher in a great future, we believe that the youth are not the leaders of the future but are today’s leaders because the future starts NOW.
