Since 2009, S.M.I.L.E. has been more than a mentorship initiative. We are the strategic bridge between potential and leadership for thousands of African youth.
In Nigeria, a large share of the population is young, yet many still face limited access to quality education, employable skills, trusted mentorship, and meaningful opportunities. S.M.I.L.E. was founded to help bridge this gap.
Our work is critical because every day, young people stand at defining crossroads. They are navigating identity, making complex life decisions, and charting paths in education, careers, and business, often without trusted guidance or someone who truly believes in them.
We respond to this need by mentoring and equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed. Through structured programs, scholarships, and leadership development, we empower them to excel and create change in their communities.
For 15 years, we have worked in schools and communities to help young people move from uncertainty to clarity and purpose.
