I am deeply honored to receive the International Third World Leaders Association (ITWLA), 2024 Leadership Pillars Award in Education, at the ITWLA Global Leadership Forum (GLF) in Nassau, Bahamas.

This award recognizes my contributions and dedication to youth development in my country, Nigeria and the impact we are making through S.M.I.L.E’s youth development programs. Indeed it is an encouragement to me and the S.M.I.L.E Team to continually commit to educating and empowering the next generation of leaders.

I am dedicating this award to two remarkable individuals and members of our team who recently passed away, my beloved Baba Lasisi Sule and Taiwo Ishola, for being instrumental in the growth of S.M.I.L.E’s vision. Their relentless passion, commitment and dedication have been crucial in our journey to create lasting impact. This award is as much theirs as it is mine.
